I am a proven leader with extensive experience, thirteen years of which in executive positions, including general manager positions with Profit and Loss (P & L) responsibilities of $500M-$1B in organizations with greater than 1200 employees in multiple locations.

People describe me as results driven and an impressive developer and motivator of people. I also have diverse experience in business plan development and operational efficiency as well as M & A business integration and exiting businesses.

As a business leader, I have found some of the most rewarding aspects of my job to be teaching, developing and mentoring. I retired from my industry executive position to explore opportunities which enable me to consult and to teach while taking advantage of my extensive leadership and business management experience. I am looking for opportunities to apply my experience and to assist organizations in an advisory capacity or in short-term assignments.

I am very results driven with particular skills in developing and motivating people toward sustainable excellence. My strengths include creating and driving a performance driven culture, business strategy development and execution and organizational effectiveness. I am also skilled in program and product management.
